Promoting the culture of progressive learning and facilitate knowledge sharing, MORS Group organized The Gray Affair – a one day forum that focuses on leadership, innovation, and sustainability. The forum was held a day prior to the ACES Awards ceremony and was attended by C-level executives and function heads of companies across the Asia region.
With innovation an emerging functional area within organizations the innovation function is becoming increasingly important as a source for innovation leadership. Now more than ever, the dynamics of innovation and sustainability must be a strategic business plan that enables organizations to compete more effectively.
The keynote address was delivered by Certified Speaking Professional - Andrew Bryant, renowned for his bestselling book, Self Leadership. Andrew’s address enlightened the delegates on new ways of looking at leadership and leadership development. Some of the key questions answered were: What is the right leadership lens? Why are good leaders like Wolverine? How do we learn to lead?
Laurenz Koehler, Managing Partner of Duxton Consulting shared his thoughts on the evolution of innovation and how businesses need to adapt and innovate constantly to survive. Wong Su-Yen gave her expert opinion on the future of talent management – the single biggest problem that most companies face today.
